CAP Youth Intern

 

Congratulations! You are now a CAP Youth Intern working for Industry Canada's Community Access Program - Youth Initiative. Youth Interns, we have a new site dedicated to all forms related to CAP YI.  Please go to:

CAP Youth Management

In order to help the Community Access Program (CAP) evaluate the impact of its Youth Initiative, all Site Administrators  are requested to submit regular invoices and provide information on the types of community clients serviced and the specific services provided.

 

CAP Youth Contract 2010 - 2011 

Please read and sign pg. 1 and pg. 7 then Fax: (250) 338.2488

Your contract contains the necessary legal terms to be agreed upon between you and the ISCN as participants in the CAP program. Please read it carefully.

Release Form 

To be filled out at the beginning of CAP Youth’s internship by the Site Manager.  Must be submitted via email to jasmine at valleylinks dot net

Participant Information Form To be filled out by both the employer and the participant at the start of the youths Internship- Must be faxed or mailed.
Youth Intern Monthly Invoice This is form must be faxed in by the last day of the month.  Please Note: While ISCN makes every effort to pay CAP sites in a timely and efficient manner, ISCN is not able to release funds and pay CAP sites until funds have been received from the program benefactors. CAP sites will receive reimbursement for claimed wages approximately four weeks after the submission date. Site should make arrangements locally to handle the necessary cash flow stress this may create. You may not withhold submitting claims to ISCN until the end of the program. Payments not received within the month after the claim period risk not receiving those funds.
CAP Site Operator Report

To be done at the end of the participant’s work term.  Must be submitted electronically to ISCN  annie at valleylinks dot net


CAP Site Funding

The Community Access Program (CAP) provides funds and resources to public locations to purchase computers as well as other electronic equipment and services, such as Internet access so that the public has affordable (and often times free) access to the Internet and the World Wide Web.
